Timecode (Installation)

Timecode is a physical and audiovisual performance/ interactive installation that seeks to expose the new temporal and procedural paradigms of modern society. The piece explores the post-digital context in which we live and the dependency on 'smart' technologies that has been created.

It is divided into two parts, the first being an interactive installation based on an AI system that offers the user different text suggestions. Depending on the user's text, electronic components of broken quartz clocks are revealed on the screen through an intermittent projection and the functioning of one of them is manipulated in real time.
